The Y77 has been officially announced by Vivo. Although it’s not the first time this week, the first Y77 5G was a different phone in terms of design and specifications that was launched in Malaysia.
While the international Y77 supports the latest networks and has an official 5G designation, the Chinese version lacks this feature. However, it runs on a superior MediaTek Dimensity 930 chipset. The device also offers flexible RAM options with 6GB, 8GB, or 12GB, and a choice of 128GB or 256GB of storage.

The Vivo Y77 boasts a superior display, with a screen resolution of 2388x1080px and a refresh rate of 120Hz, with touch sampling at 240Hz. It also has two facial recognition options: an 8MP selfie camera and a side-mounted capacitive fingerprint scanner.
The Chinese Y77, like the Malaysian counterpart, sports a 50MP main camera and a 2MP macro camera. The device has a 4,500mAh battery as well as an 80W dual-core flash charger. It is based on Android 12 and runs on Origin OS Ocean.
The Vivo Y77 comes in three distinct colours and four different CPU and Memory options.
