The next smartphone to launch in the Galaxy M-series in India will be the Samsung Galaxy M53 5G, which will be available for purchase on Amazon India. While Samsung has not yet confirmed the exact launch date, it is expected to be in April.
The Samsung Galaxy M53 was recently launched in select markets, with its pricing details yet to be revealed. However, we do have some information on its specifications. The phone boasts a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a hole-punch cutout at the top center for the front camera and 120Hz refresh rate support. The screen has thin bezels and is flat, except for the slightly thick chin.
The Galaxy M53 is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC, coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It is possible that Samsung may offer additional RAM and storage options specifically for the Indian market, but if not, users can expand their storage up to 1TB via a microSD card.

The phone also boasts a 32MP front camera sensor. In terms of biometrics, the device has both a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and AI face unlock.
The device is equipped with a 5000 mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging. It weighs 176 grams and has dimensions of 77.0 x 164.7 x 7.4mm. The phone comes with Android 12-based OneUI 4.1 pre-installed, providing a user-friendly interface and a range of features out of the box.
