OnePlus has introduced a special version of their smartphone called the OnePlus 11 Marble Odyssey specifically for the Indian market. This model is essentially a renamed version of the OnePlus 11 Jupiter Rock edition, which was previously released in China.
To clarify, the OnePlus 11 Marble Odyssey edition features a unique back panel material known as 3D microcrystalline rock, as described by OnePlus. While the precise chemical composition of this material remains unknown, OnePlus states that it is challenging to produce, with only 25% production efficiency compared to standard glass panels and a yield of only 50%.
The special material used in the OnePlus 11 Marble Odyssey/Jupiter Rock edition stands out due to its distinct pattern and texture. Each panel is carefully chosen, ensuring that no two phones will have the same appearance. The material has a natural coolness when touched.
The limited-edition OnePlus 11 Marble Odyssey will be exclusively offered in the 16/256GB configuration, priced at INR 64,999, which is INR 3000 higher than the regular model. As an added bonus, purchasers of the Marble Odyssey will receive a complimentary pair of OnePlus Buds Z2. While the release date has not been disclosed yet.
