The Google Pixel phones have begun receiving its June update amid all the buzz around Apple’s WWDC announcements. Feature Drops are now available in the latest software that was previously available in Google QPR beta. The latest update provides easy access to proof of vaccination in supported regions, Google’s At a Glance can now be accessed from the Lock Screen, and Live Translate now supports a few new languages.
The June update comes with a detailed list of bug fixes as well as the latest security updates. These include Google App, Gboard, Call Screen, and bug fixes related to incoming phone calls. Furthermore, battery life has been improved under certain conditions, and the fingerprint scanner has been improved as well.
On Google’s support site, you can find fixes for the camera, UI, display, sensors, Bluetooth stability improvements, and system fixes. All Pixel 4 and newer devices are now receiving Google’s June update.
