The Nova Y91, a brand-new member of Huawei’s Nova smartphone line, was just unveiled. One of its distinguishing qualities is the inclusion of an iPhone-like notch. The large camera island on the back of the phone is also noticeable.
The 6.95-inch LCD touchscreen of the Huawei Nova Y91 has a resolution of 1080×2376 pixels. It offers a snappy 270 Hz touch sampling rate and a smooth 90 Hz refresh rate. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC and 8GB of RAM power the device. With 128GB or 256GB of storage space, it provides plenty of alternatives. It is noteworthy that it has a sizable 7,000 mAh battery that charges at 22.5W using the supplied charger.
On the rear of the Huawei Nova Y91, there are two cameras: a 50 MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2 MP depth sensor. It sports an 8 MP front-facing camera for taking selfies. The phone runs Huawei’s EMUI 13 operating system. Although it lacks Wi-Fi 6 and 5G connection, it does have a USB-C port and Bluetooth 5.0. It does not have a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
A fingerprint sensor is built into the power button on the Nova Y91. There are two colour choices available: Starry Black and Moonlight Silver. The phone is 214g in weight and is 171.6 x 79.9 x 8.9 mm. The device’s cost and availability information are not yet available.
