In April 2014, the Acer Liquid Z4 became available after its announcement in February. It has now been terminated, though. With 2G bands for GSM 850/900/1800/1900 – SIM 1 & SIM 2 (dual-SIM model only) and 3G bands for HSDPA, this phone supports GSM/HSPA technology. The phone supports GPRS and EDGE in addition to HSPA and GPRS speeds.
The phone’s measurements are 124 x 64 x 9.7 mm, and its weight is 122 g. Both single SIM and dual SIM configurations are available. This smartphone is powered by a MediaTek MT6572 chipset, which has a dual-core Cortex-A7 CPU running at 1.3 GHz and a Mali-400 GPU. It runs the Android 4.2.2 operating system.
Memory and Display
The phone includes 4GB of internal storage and 512MB of RAM, as well as a dedicated microSDXC card slot. The screen-to-body ratio of the 4.0-inch TFT-type device is roughly 57.4%, and it has a resolution of 480×800 pixels.
The 5 MP camera on this phone has autofocus, an LED flash, and 720p video recording capabilities. A 1.3 MP selfie camera is used.
The Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP, and GPS features of this device are all supported. Despite this, it has a micro USB 2.0 port but neither NFC nor radio are included. Sensors for detecting proximity and acceleration are built inside the machine.
This device has a loudspeaker and a 3.5mm jack.
A detachable Li-Ion 1630 mAh battery powers this phone. It costs about 100 EUR and comes in white or black color variants.
