The Acer Liquid Zest smartphone was revealed in February 2016 and went on sale in April of the same year. Unfortunately, the phone has been discontinued. It was available in two variants: dual-SIM and single-SIM.
Processor
The Liquid Zest measures 145.7 x 71.2 x 8.4 mm and weighs 125 g, with a single or dual SIM card slot available. It is powered by the Mediatek MT65802 Z525 and Mediatek MT6735 gZ525 chipsets and runs Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). The phone has a quad-core 1.3 GHz Z525 CPU and a quad-core 1.0 GHz Z528 CPU, as well as a Mali-400MP2 Z525 and a Mali-T720MP2 Z528 GPU.
Memory and Display
The Acer Liquid Zest has a microSDHC card slot that can hold up to 128GB of data, as well as 8GB of internal memory that can be expanded with a Memory Stick Pro Duo or microSD card. Its IPS LCD screen has a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and a 16:9 aspect ratio, with a density of 294 PPI.
Camera
The Acer Liquid Zest includes a single 8 MP lens with an f/2.0 aperture, LED flash, HDR mode, and panoramic function on the back. It is also capable of recording videos at 1080p@30fps. Meanwhile, the front-facing camera has a 5 MP sensor and can take photographs with resolutions up to 3200 x 2400.
Features
The Acer Liquid Zest has WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS connections, as well as an FM radio for music playing. A micro USB 2.0 connector is also included for charging and file transfers between the phone and a computer. The phone also has various sensors that allow it to establish its location and direction, such as an accelerometer, proximity sensor, and compass.
Sound
The speaker on this phone has 3.5mm jack-to-use headphones with it.
Battery
The Acer Liquid Zest features a 2000mAh Li-Ion battery that can be removed for charging or replacement. It is available in black and white and costs around 110 EUR.
