Design and Display

The Pantech Breeze IV is a mobile phone with a compact design, measuring 106.4 x 53.1 x 17.5 mm and weighing 102g. Its SIM card slot allows users to connect to their mobile network provider, make calls, and send texts.

The phone features a 3.0-inch TFT display with a 240 x 400 pixels resolution. The screen supports up to 256K colours, providing good colour reproduction for images and videos. However, the screen resolution is relatively low compared to modern smartphones, which may result in slightly pixelated text and images.

Performance

A Qualcomm QSC6270 chipset powers the Pantech Breeze IV. This chipset is designed to provide basic performance for feature phones, focusing on power efficiency and low cost.

The QSC6270 chipset features a single-core processor with a clock speed of 230 MHz. The QSC6270 chipset is optimized for basic phone functions, such as making calls, sending texts, and running basic apps. It also supports 3G networks, allowing faster data speeds than older 2G networks.

Camera

The Pantech Breeze IV has a 3.15-megapixel autofocus camera and an LED flash. This low-resolution camera may be enough for basic photographic purposes. The autofocus feature allows the camera to change the focus based on the topic being taken, which can assist in ensuring clear and crisp photographs. In low-light settings, the LED flash may offer extra illumination, which is excellent for capturing images inside or in dimly lit areas.

The Pantech Breeze IV also supports video recording, although the specifications for the video recording feature are not included in the data provided. The phone has no front-facing camera, which means it is unsuitable for taking selfies or making video calls.

Memory

The Pantech Breeze IV is a smartphone with a microSDHC card slot that allows you to extend its storage space. This implies that a microSDHC card can store more images, movies, and other material on the phone.

The phone also includes a phonebook function that saves contacts’ names and phone numbers. Furthermore, the phonebook function enables Photocall, which allows you to add a photo to contact for faster identification.

In addition, the phone offers a call records function that logs incoming, outgoing, and missed calls. This might be useful for monitoring your call history and keeping track of your phone usage.

The Pantech Breeze IV includes 256MB of internal storage capacity and 128MB of RAM. This implies you can only save a certain amount of data on the phone, such as images, movies, and apps. The RAM amount matters since it determines how quickly the phone can run several apps and execute other functions. With just 128MB of Memory, the phone may not be as quick or efficient as later versions with more RAM.

Sound and Features

The Pantech Breeze IV is a mobile phone with a loudspeaker for hands-free calling and listening to music or other sounds. Nevertheless, because the phone lacks a 3.5mm port, you cannot use headphones or external speakers with a normal audio socket.

Because the phone does not support WLAN, you cannot connect to Wi-Fi networks to browse the internet or utilise online services. However, the phone supports Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP and EDR, allowing you to connect to Bluetooth-enabled devices like headphones, speakers, or other phones for file sharing.

The Pantech Breeze IV contains a micro USB connector for charging and connecting the phone to a computer for file transfer. The phone supports SMS, MMS, Email, and IM communications to send and receive text, multimedia, emails, and instant messages. The phone has built-in games and supports Java so that you may download and install other games or apps.

The Pantech Breeze IV supports video formats MP4, WMV, and H.263, allowing you to watch videos on the phone. The phone also has an organiser, which includes a calendar, alarm, and to-do list. It also has a document reader that allows you to examine documents in various formats. Additional phone capabilities include voice memos, voice calling, and predictive text input, making phone typing easier and faster.

Battery

The Pantech Breeze IV is a smartphone with a detachable Li-Ion 1030 mAh battery. Although the battery capacity is adequate for basic phone use, it may not last as long as newer models with bigger battery capacities.

According to the specs, the phone has a standby duration of up to 240 hours, which implies that without using the phone, the battery may last up to 240 hours. It also offers a conversation time of up to 3 hours, allowing you to converse on the phone for up to 3 hours before the battery dies.

The phone is available in black and costs roughly 160 EUR. The price, however, may vary based on the location and the vendor.
