The Samsung Galaxy A32 5G was first announced on January 13th, 2021. It was officially released on January 22nd, 2021, and is currently available for purchase.

Design and Display

The Samsung Galaxy A32 5G has a dimension of 164.2 x 76.1 x 9.1 mm and weighs 205 g. Its build features a glass front with Gorilla Glass 5 protection and a plastic frame. This phone has a single SIM slot, so it can only accommodate one SIM card at a time. The Samsung Galaxy A32 5G features a 6.5-inch TFT LCD with a refresh rate of 60Hz. The screen has a 720 x 1600 pixels resolution, which delivers reasonably sharp visuals. The phone’s display is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5, which offers robust protection against scratches and cracks.

Performance

The Galaxy A32 comes equipped with the Android 11 operating system, and it is upgradeable to Android 13 once it becomes available. The phone is powered by the Mediatek MT6853 Dimensity 720 chipset, built on a 7nm manufacturing process, offering good power efficiency.

The device’s processor is an octa-core CPU consisting of two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz for efficient multitasking. The phone’s graphics are handled by the Mali-G57 MC3 GPU, which is capable of delivering good gaming and graphics performance.

Camera

The Samsung Galaxy A32 5G has a quad-camera setup with a 48 MP primary wide lens, an 8 MP ultrawide lens, a 5 MP macro lens, and a 2 MP depth sensor. The camera has features such as LED flash, panorama, and HDR, allowing for high-quality photo capturing. It also supports 4K@30fps and 1080p@30/120fps video recording, enabling users to shoot stunning, high-resolution videos. The phone has a 13 MP selfie camera on the front that captures high-quality self-portraits.

Memory

The Samsung Galaxy A32 5G comes with a microSDXC card slot, which allows you to expand the phone’s storage capacity with a microSD card. The phone is available in various internal storage configurations, including 64GB of internal storage with 4GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage with 4GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage with 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage with 8GB of RAM. This allows users to choose a configuration that suits their storage and performance needs.

Sound and Features

The Samsung Galaxy A32 5G has a loudspeaker and a 3.5mm headphone jack, allowing users to listen to audio in various ways. The phone also supports Wi-Fi 802.11 and has dual-band Wi-Fi Direct capabilities, providing fast and reliable wireless connectivity. It features Bluetooth 5.0 with A2DP and LE, enabling users to connect to other devices wirelessly. The phone has an FM radio, a USB Type-C 2.0 port with OTG support, and a range of sensors, including a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an accelerometer, a compass, a gyro, and virtual proximity sensing, making it a versatile and feature-packed device.

Battery

The Samsung Galaxy A32 5G is powered by a non-removable Li-Ion 5000 mAh battery, which provides long-lasting battery life for the phone. The battery supports 15W wired charging, which can quickly charge the phone. The phone is available in four colors, including Black, White, Blue, and Violet, giving users a range of options to choose from to suit their style and preferences.
