The Yota YotaPhone2 was announced in February 2014 as an upgraded version of the original YotaPhone. The YotaPhone2 brought several improvements and new features to the table, offering users a more advanced smartphone experience.

Design and Display

The Yota YotaPhone2 was designed to be compact and lightweight, with dimensions of 144.9 x 69.4 x 9 mm and a weight of 145 g. The device was constructed with Gorilla Glass 3, providing protection for the screen and improving its durability. The YotaPhone2 utilized a Nano-SIM card, which allowed users to access cellular services. The device featured an AMOLED display, which provided a high-quality visual experience with deep blacks, vivid colors, and excellent contrast. The display was 5.0 inches in size and had a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, making it capable of displaying high-definition content in sharp and vivid detail.

Performance

The Yota YotaPhone2 was powered by a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset built on a 28 nm process technology. The device was equipped with a quad-core 2.3 GHz Krait 400 CPU and an Adreno 330 GPU, which provided a fast and smooth user experience, particularly for demanding applications and games. The YotaPhone2 ran on the Android 4.4.3 (KitKat) operating system, which was upgradable to 6.0 (Marshmallow), ensuring that users had access to the latest features and security updates. The powerful hardware and software combination of the YotaPhone2 ensured that users could perform multiple tasks, run demanding applications, and enjoy a seamless and efficient smartphone experience.

Camera

The Yota YotaPhone2 is a smartphone that comes with a non-removable Li-Ion 2500 mAh battery. The phone supports wireless charging, allowing you to easily and quickly recharge the device without the need for cables. In terms of battery life, the Yota YotaPhone2 offers a standby time of up to 397 hours and a talk time of up to 41 hours and 40 minutes, making it a great option for those who need a phone that can last throughout the day without needing to be recharged. The phone is available in two colors: black and white. The Yota YotaPhone2 can be purchased for 150 EUR.
