Now, the update has been released for the carrier-locked version of the Galaxy Z Fold 2 in the US. This means that users of the device who purchased it through a carrier such as T-Mobile or Sprint can now access the latest features and improvements.
The carrier-locked version of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 in the US is now receiving the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update, which carries firmware version F916USQU2IVK5. Along with the update, the device also receives the November 2022 Android security patch. While the foldable phone is expected to receive security updates on a monthly basis, it has yet to receive updates for December 2022 and January 2023.
